IRIS beach hotel consists of 72 rooms. It is a four storey building with 18 rooms on each floor. Twelve rooms are full Sea View and the rest are Side Sea View .

Eight pairs of rooms have a connecting door. Each room has two single beds put together. In addition an extra bed and baby cot can be placed in the room upon request.

All rooms are newly furnished to a high standard, they have a private bathroom/toilet, direct phone line, colored TV, radio, air-condition, and a balcony. There is a daily maid service, and change of linen every day.
